My call suddenly disconnected. What happened?

Calls can drop due to a weak Wi-Fi or cellular signal. SAI automatically saves the transcript up to the last three turns, so you won’t lose your practice. If disconnections happen repeatedly, please email me with the approximate time of the call and I’ll check the logs.

I bought minutes but my balance didn’t update.

Minutes typically appear within a few seconds of purchase. If they don’t, force-quit the app and relaunch. Still stuck? Email me with your receipt number (visible in your Apple purchase history) and I’ll fix it manually.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings inside the app, tap Delete Account, and confirm. This removes all your data including saved phrases, conversation history, and purchase records. This action cannot be undone.

Can I get a refund for unused minutes?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by SAI. You can request a refund by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase and selecting the SAI order.

Why can’t I see some characters I had before?

I occasionally update the character lineup. If one you were using is no longer available, it’s likely in a quality review. Email me if there’s a specific character you want restored and I’ll consider it for a future release.
