These Terms of Use govern your use of the Type Natural Korean: Keyboard iOS keyboard extension and its companion app (the “App”), operated by unglazed (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Type Natural Korean: Keyboard is a custom iOS keyboard that types Korean (두벌식) and English. Typing works fully offline and never requires Full Access. Two optional features — Check (grammar check) and Translate (English to Korean in a tone you choose) — require Full Access and a network connection: they send the text of the field you’re editing, or your selected text, to Google’s Gemini API to produce a result, which is only applied to your text if you accept it. The App is a language learning aid.
Grammar checks and translations are produced by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. Results are provided “as is,” for reference only — they are not professional language instruction, translation, or certification. Always use your own judgment, especially for graded work, official documents, or anything consequential.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, extract its credentials, use it for unlawful content, or use automated means to send bulk requests.
Check and Translate requests are processed via Google’s Gemini API under Google’s applicable terms (Google APIs Terms of Service and the Gemini API Additional Terms).
The App, its design, and its content (excluding text you submit and third-party services) are owned by unglazed. You retain all rights to the text you submit.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, unglazed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on any grammar check or translation.
We may update the App or these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time.
